Questions we get asked
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. It costs you time — roughly three to four hours of your team across two weeks — and nothing else. We offer it because it is also the most honest way for us to find out whether there is a project worth doing together.
How long does it take?
About two weeks end to end: a 30-minute discovery call, review sessions in week one, scoring and roadmap in week two, then a 60-minute walkthrough.
What do you need from us?
Access to the people who own the processes, a view of the systems involved, and sample data where possible. We work with what exists — you do not need to prepare anything.
Do we have to hire you afterwards?
No. The report is yours to act on, take to another partner, or shelve. There is no obligation and no automatic follow-on contract.
What if the answer is that we do not need AI?
Then we say so. Several assessments have concluded that better reporting or process cleanup would deliver more than any model. That is a useful answer too.
How do you handle our data?
We work with the minimum data needed, under an NDA if you prefer, and we do not retain client data after the engagement without written agreement.
